the arcade style gameplay/controls is the reason this game sucked. its the main reason 80% of people that bought this waste of money returned it right away.

Ok, I just spent the last few hours at work working on this instead of doing my job. Instead of "Legends of WrestleMania" I would have made a "Legends of Wrestling" type of game, spanning roughly 1985-1994, the "Rock 'n Wrestling" era and the "New Generation" era. They could call it.. WWE WrestleFest


[b]Roster[/b] - [i]I wouldn't include any SvR wrestlers, and instead use their spots on more classic legends, from both WWF and NWA/WCW. I know this roster isn't realistic, as someone like Sting was working for TNA when this game came out, and someone like Randy Savage is hated by Vince McMachon. But they included a feature on Sting in their "Greatest Stars of the 90's" DVD, and they also released a DVD featuring Randy Savage, so why not include them in a game like this?[/i]

[b]CAW Mode[/b] - Let us give our created wrestlers alternate attires. Also, a lot more call names and more CAW slots available. You don't have to spend hours building up each CAW's attributes like in SvR 2010. And you can also create female CAW's or create managers.

[b]Superstar Threads[/b] - Give each in game wrestler multiple attires, and let us edit their attires completely, not just the color.

[b]Game Engine[/b] - Dig up the AKI guys (who made WCW Revenge and WWF No Mercy) and let them do the gameplay instead of Yukes. And if that's not possible, just have Yukes use the SvR engine.[b]

I would definitely have added an option to create a manager, even if he/she would have been unplayable. However, I believe managers should have been playable because most of them ended up in matches anyway. Referees definitely should have been included. Too many wrestlers were left off, even for reasons beyond spite and contractial stuff. A create your own wrestemania card feature would have been featured if I had my say also. Matches where the wrestler got five minutes with the meddling manager if he won would have been featured. MIchael P.S. Hayes never wrestled in a wrestlemania to my recollection. So, why add him? one thing - WWe should take advantage of its catalog/license ownerships and make a game with a mega roster spanning AWA, World Class, NWA, and the others. This would make big bucks.
