manager help

how do you get the managers to do different things?

I use mr. fuji and cant get him to throw the salt at my opponent

i use jimmy hart and all he does the entire match is scream in his megaphone at my opponent.
i use paul bearer and all he does is hit people in the head with the urn.

each manager has I think 4 different animations. how do I get the others?
