Add mouth height Less eye height Add eye width Move the eyes higher and closer together Add some nose height Try out skin 8 it works with a few designs. I would go with face tone 2 personally. As far as Hair style goes... I don't like the current at all as I feel it's a bit too dark and it doesn't really scream Evan. Possibly try and go with something like hair 68 then do the Heart designs on the sides to shape it better much like the D did on his Matt Hardy and HBK caws. Honestly that hair is the best option in my view on an Evan Bourne caw. also Brow 20 lays a whole lot better for Evan so might want to swap that around.
