Honestly, if you didn't post the name I'd have no idea who this was.
I've seen Zack Ryder's new look and this face honestly looks NOTHING like it.
Go to the highlight reel and get a cap of Zack Ryder's face and use that as a ref.
It'll help you out alot more than any suggestions at the moment because right now it'll be tough for anyone to see Ryder in this beyond the hair.
