Not too hard to be able to make that attire. Are you out of layers cause there's no design on the front of his attire? Also change the hair colour to black.

Ok i will change hair colour, and no i dont think i am out of layers, and theres no design on the front yet, because i didnt have a reference picture for the attire, now that i do i'll work on it when i can get on my ps3, i'll post an update around monday/tuesday.
