3 'patch' questions

Ok so with the 'new' patch they are putting the ability to change attributes.
I have 3 questions concerning this;

1.) When will this 'new' patch be released?

2.) Will you be able to customize the attributes to have them what we want them. (Unlike some people I like to have realistic attributes)

3.) This is probably a stupid question, but well I'm making the topic I'll ask it anyway. With the 'MAXCAS' cheat, does that allow you to customize attributes or does that just give you the maximium amount of attributes? Whats the deal there?

All i know is it will be released for xbox 360 soon. Ithink it is already out for the playstation 3.

1)The patch was released almost 2 weeks ago(for PS3 anyways)
2) That's the on going question,because there is some confusion of what "completion of career mode" is,cuz according to THQ you need to only complete career mode once to be able to customize any CAWs
3) 'MAXCAS' gives your CAW an overall rating of 90,which can go up even higher if you take a CAW through career mode after you type the code in.

I was the one who broke the news of the CAW patch coming out to the board, and of note in there is that the response I got from THQ said the ONLY way to increase stats was the cheat code.

The relevant section of the email:

"As for attributes, the only solution would be to use a cheat code. Enter MAXCAS in the Cheat Code box. Once that is entered, all of your created Superstars will be at 90. However, you will need to start a new career in order for the created Superstars to gain the attributes."

Thanks for the prompt replies guys, however I think you are all talking about is the one that was released almost 2 weeks ago (which was only for the abilities). It has since been reported that yet another patch will be coming out to solve the attributes problem, which is the one that I'm talking about. Thanks anyway though guys.

He said that the released patch was just for abilities so i highlighted the part of your post where you explain the changes to the attributes as well.

To my knowledge, there is no "new" patch. The one we have is it. What people are talking about is the same patche being released on x-box as they do not have it yet.
