m a r v i n
Can I please have my 33% warn removed? My brother used my account and flamed someone and I got the warn. I was a moderator with 3000+ posts and none of the posts contained flaming/spamming. It won't happen again as long as I'm controlling the account. The Way Of The Fist
The 6 months has not passed yet, and even if your brother did make those posts, you are still held responsible for them.

Euphotic Zone
Anyway, TIG, just to follow on from what TWOTF said, you are responsible for your account:
Your Account Any actions taken under your account will be your own responsibility. It is up to you to keep your account secure. If you are warned/banned for something done on your account then that is your fault, we cannot be expected to judge whether it was you using the account or not.
I know it sucks if it wasn't actually you, but there is no way to prove that it wasn't. So, best thing to do is just wait the six months and make sure that nobody that will abuse your account can get on.
