From the looks of it, her eyes width needs to be decreased some and her jaw needs some work. Right now, I'm using skin tone 3 and it looks pretty good on her. Hard to tell, but I would increase her jaw's upper line a little. imo, it's hard to make her with long hair since none of the hair options match her actual hair.
