Um maybe increase the Age a bit to give some more facial characteristics, and if it too much maybe use face paint to cover it. Nose and jaw look good, maybe increase eye width a bit. Also to me its just a personal thing but i hate the checkered texture on the tights that was still left in this year. Maybe just use the default underwear and adjust the colour of that.
