Will probably take a couple of days for the type up the formula, if anybody would be interested. I've checked out the other available CAWS of spiderman and I made sure that mine is totally original. Ratings, comments (good or bad) are welcome. Thanks guys.

BIGJuan
this looks type nice! it must have been a pain to get the spider-simbol so straight-up accurate, right? big props from me, bud!
eslipihed
I really wanted to get the symbol as accurate as possible. Unfortunately with PS3, we have a limited no. of layers to work with. I was only able to make 6 legs instead of 8. A person with an Xbox 360 could make the complete symbol because they have a larger set of layers to work with. Thanks for the positive comments btw. TZC
Ah but I don't think there's room for 8 legs. it messes up the flow and 6 is fine considering it's easily forgettable when in play. I wanted to try an accurate one too, it's very good. Looks just like the original comics. I may try it on a back this time, to see if it deforms too much or not. What did you use for the legs, a mix of diagonal elliptical designs and lines is it?
eslipihed
I think we can still make room for 2 additional legs (for xbox360). It needs stretching the head of the spider symbol which will be similar to comic book's symbol as well. About your question, I used 2 layers for each leg, a japanese letter and a diagonal line. That makes 12 layers for the legs alone. If you have an xbox 360, you can do both front and back symbols as their maximum layers is 45 , I think. Altough, I'm not quite sure that he has a back symbol.

Here, the design met at the sides and wrapped around the costume. Notice the deliberate, and maybe not so deliberate mistakes? Thanks for sharing that info. I may look at it later
eslipihed
Yeah, atleast it makes the symbol in my CAW somewhat correct, hehe. BTW, I tried it out I guess it looked ok. I had the legs of both front and back symbols meet at the sides. But I need 15 more layers to actually make a complete front and back spider symbol. For now I just made the symbols have half a set of legs. I'll post a pic tom. gotta catch some sleep first. Why would Yukes make 53 layers for xbox360 and only 32 layers for PS3? The extra 21 layers would have been a great help. Hope they fix that for SVR2009 if the Create-a-finisher doesn't take up the space first.
TZC
64 layers total, double the amount. But some are taken up as in the PS3 that you can't delete. The good news is that you get 64 in '09. So you can do this attire properly and much more I don't know why it was a stalling point, only that it was, when making '08 work on PS3. But they got over it too late for shipping. PS, the other thing in that pic.. I thought he was meant to shoot webbing from the white spot on top the hands from the symbiote costume.. as he no longer needed web shooters since the alien produced it anyway, lol

eslipihed
I wanted to keep his built a bit slim and not too muscular. Here are some other spidey suits I made. The black is the same as before. I just placed it in to get better comparisons with the other costumes. The red and blue are basically the same except for the lines in the other costume. I added Blade as well. I saw a nice CAW of Blade in one of the posts. There was no formula so I tried doing it from the pic he attached just to see if I can get the same outcome. Anyway, the idea was his. Credits to the guy for the pics he attached. Again, just wanted to get some comments from you guys. Things are slowing down because everybody is waiting for SVR2009. eslipihed
Thanks juany. I'm trying to make a lineup with all of his costumes. I have a new one, the scarlet spider costume. I'm thinking of making the iron spider next. I'll post some pics later. Thanks again for the comments
eslipihed
Here's a pic with the Scarlet Spider Costume. I had to use the generic spider symbol becoz it took too many layers to make it. I also added the black costume in Spiderman 3. Well, my version of it anyway. I made 2 versions, same as with the original red and blue costumes I made. 1 costume has the web design and the other is a plain colored costume. These are basically just the monochromatic versions of the colored costumes I made. BTW, I tried changing the eyes for the scarlet spider. Somehow, I don't quite like it. I'll probably get back into changing it again when I have the time. Hope you guys like it. Gonna try Iron Spiderman costume next. Comments are always welcome.
