Work on the jaw. Add outline. Try another face skin. Lessen angle on the mouth maybe 5 clicks. Change the hair. Work on the nose bridge. Make the nose bridge abit bigger. Try to make him more angular. He looks like an 15 years old child, imo. Add height to the eyebrows. Make the upperlip bigger. Try another lip model.
