Try experimenting on stuff like designs and change the face skin as WillyZi said..
change the brows too

Jaw is too skinny. And the face looks too skinny. His eyes are not small enough.

I've tried the new tats (except for the full sleeve, which I will give a try soon) and damn, they are pretty easy to do. (Except his left arm. That was a bit hard. The right arm is the easiest.)

Are you going for the sleeve, or without the sleeve?
