It looks like a nice start, I would use a wider nose and mouth. I also would try a diferent brow with less angle.

They're below the shorts in the real life aswell...

I'm really finding it hard to even see any Cena in this. I know it's not your fault Dodge. It makes me cry that even you can't make something that looks half decent in this CAW mode..

I bet in game that would look really nice, attire is nailed for what you have to work with in the CAW mode but if possible the jaw choice should be a little wider, other than that its really very good.

I just tried making a Cena CAW myself. With the stuff you have, you can make an awesome Attire. The only thing that messes up Cena is the Head. You can't get it too look good. Other then that, the Attire can be done 100% correctly and realistic.
