This inspired me to take some lengthy time to create some of the Villains from the show. Here in the next few days I will be doing the good guys. Here is what I have so far. With Two Face and Harley I did use all 64 layers. With the limitations for Harley's chest area and both her and Two Face's crotch area I did the best I could. Also for Harley's hat nothing fit so again the best I could. Im pretty sure there a smaller cap to give him. Mad hatter isnt bad. Maybe give him that smile you have on the Joker. Rest could use some work. :/ Harley Quinn's head should totally be redone. You can tell thats hair you gave her for the hat. Use designs to make two faces bad face instead of that makeup which is on the wrong side. Joker's hair should be more green, and give him different lips. I think those fit Mad hatter more. Longer nose too. CatWoman could use different ears, and again ditch the hair. Totally noticable. Poaion Ivy......hmm dont know what to suggest but she looks too generic. Penguin should be going bald. maybe the Hogan hair. And should look much older and a bigger nose And Scarecrow...wow what is that like 10 layers? Dont just stick on a skull mask and color it brown. Also for Joker if you look at any pics of him his hair was never mostly green. His hair was always mostly black with just like a stripe of green across the front. I also looked at what changes I could do myself. I think the best update by far is The Scarecrow. When I did the original it was quick because I had spent about 6 hours making all these and didn't want to stay up any later. Now I put about 2 hours worth of time just in his update and I think it shows. Other changes I made was with Catwoman's ears, revamped Harley Quinn's head, also changed the pants so more is covered up, Mad Hatter I changed the color of his suit and gave him the big smiley face, The Joker I changed his lips as well, The Penguin I changed the hair and made him look a little older and lastly with Two Face I updated his pants to cover more, also put the charged side of his face on the right side and changed his skin color to a little darker shade. For Harley I'd add designs on her head so they go down and blend in with the rest of her suit. Two face....add blue designs so all of one side of his face is blue, not just the front. Looks kinda weird. Cant really tell you what to change on Joker or penguin, but something not right. But your Scarecrow went from your worst of the caws to the best, so props on that. My kids and I own the first boxed set The only one I DON'T like is the Harley Quinn, then again, she was my fave character, so I'm gonna be picky lol I haven't seen one on 08 that I liked yet...the head never looks right But I loved your first Penguin, dunno why the bad replies on him, he looked just like he did in the series, unless maybe the pic of him in your first post IS the update, in which case I apologise.
