On average, one should exercise atleast 5 days a week & drink 8 glasses of water. Nutrition is also supposed to be really important. And for those who live in America, you know how obese our nation is not just FAT but in general, really out of shape. Junk food, no exercise, etc. This sadly lowers most people's self-esteem and cause them to eat even more sometimes. So what do you do to stay fit? Do you excersise? How often? Do you eat healthy? I exercise 4 days a week. An hour each day... and to tell you the truth, it helps. It makes you feel much better about yourself and positive.
