OK If you want ECW do this:
Finishers: Big Boot 2 > Back & Neckbreaker (The TKO 1)
Sig: Take out Pumphandle Slam [He hasn't done that yet] > Big Boot 2
Full Nelson Slam > Illegal Pin.

Those moves need to be in the set but i'm not sure if i've take the right ones out. I haven't seen test wrestle for ages, So I don't know his set as well.

The back & neckbreaker doesnt work for the TKO imo.
Spinning Rack Pancake or Samoan Neckbreaker.

If you take out Big Boot 2 as a finisher, he can't have it, it's special only. I'd get rid of the Testdrive. It's cool and all, but when's the last time he did it?

u can leave the Test Drive There as his new move the TKO(neckbreaker 7) can be picked as a regular move I dont thnk the test drive (neckbreaker 3) can be picked as one

^But the TKO is now his finisher, and he hasn't done the Testdrive in god knows how long. During his last run in the WWE, he basically just used the Running Big Boot to finish matches.
