Take the time you need for the face, and be sure to check how different face skins (not the templates, the skin tones) effect it if you haven't already. I basically have the same comments as the people posting before me. I think the attire is good and I do recognize his face in it, but it needs some tweaking with the hair and maybe make his face a little wider.
