You only get the "hidden" 619 when your finisher is "The 619".

You could give him the Fake Diving Attack 2 for his Handspring to Moonsault Splash, although it's just a setup. I'd also maybe give him either the running Octopus Stretch or the Crucifix for his Clark Bar.
