Since you've posted the formula you're probably not looking for suggestions but I'll give you some any way. Make the head taller, lighten the colour of his skin slightly, decrease the Y-axis(chubbyness) of the cheek, make his forehead bigger & increase the height of his jaw. 7.5/10.
