I Hope your not finished this caw because with a lil' help from CAWS.ws gang you could really make Owen the King of Hearts and not the Queen that he is now.

From the pics his neck looks too long, like the dude above me said "Didnt Owen have blonde[well dirty blonde] hair?" I think once you have some better pics up we can give you more help. 5/10. Its still better than anything I could do. Dont give up on this caw!

Alright, I added 'official' pics now. For some reason I believe my pics do the CAW a little more justice, no offense thornfan06516. I hope I didn't screw anything up while typing the formula. I don't even own the game yet and I created Owen at my nephew's house so I can't check easily and hence the delay for pics too.

As for his hair, I gave him dirty blonde hair. Once I find AR MAX PAL codes I'll give him an additional hair layer with Hogan's hair to make them longer in the back and possibly lighten them up. For a non hacked version this is pretty much the finished product.
