Looks great thus far. Just perhaps decrease the jaw upperline and increase it's thickness. Also add 2-3 clicks more width on the eyes. But nevertheless another good caw from you.

pretty good, i think u need side burns like from the 2nd & 3rd pic

plus his shirt is kinda yellow in the ref pic so add some colour (only a little)

that shirt with the buttons with the neck covered up use that, have the length as low as

possible, make it bright white, then use the shirt u got in that pic on top so u have the preidt neck thing

then put a design (the rectangle) on the neck so u have (like in the 1st pic)

plus he looks a bit 2 fat decrease a little

other than that good

The sideburns are there, but you can't see them from a front view

The shirt is not yellow, it's the flames' reflection during his entrance

Oh, and I didn't make the neck cover 'cause I was looking for the right shirt to do that (I didn't like the long neck shirts), but now I made that

I'm gonna post an update later, thanks for the suggestions guys.
