SO MUCH FILING, drink making thus far. Next week they're gonna have me starting on the phones (transfering calls, etc.)
I think it's a Lvl 2 qualification with the option of continuing for Lvl 3 at the end of the course (a year).

Nope. It's in Worsley Business Park which is on the way to Tyldesley. 45 minute walk from me since I can't be arsed having to deal with a bus that only comes once an hour.
