His using Proxy Servers so when a MOD I.P bans him, he just uses another I.P address. The only way to get rid of him is to contact his Internet Provider & report him. I mean, what he is doing is illegal since his posting *censored* on a site full of children which is sexual harassment.

I find it silly the amount of hate your getting for reporting a guy who broke the rules. Rules are rules & you had right to report him. Just sad how many people are crying over Seph or whatever his name is being warned. I've been warned before but I don't take it serious because it was my fault. Reading the comments posted just show how idiotic these people can be. I pity them.

You can find a lot of them in Army shops that sell well, army gear here in the UK. There's also Ebay to check out since they tends to be quite a few people selling Gas Masks which were used in WWII. I think it's just a matter of where you live & your budget since they can be expensive to buy from most places.
