About Me
Welcome to my profile
How to Use It:
- The human who pervs in this page shall die unless they leave a kind comment.
- This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person’s face in their mind when displaying his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
- If the cause of death is written within the next 40 seconds of displaying the person’s name, it will happen.
- If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of extreme pwnage.
- After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
Now that's all cleared up, onto the rest of my profile...
Hello, I'm Kyle, but everyone usually calls me ZX, Zero, or Z. I usually don't post often around the forum unless I see a reason to speak my mind without getting flamed for it.
Z on Gaming:
"I firmly believe that the definition of a gamer needs to be re-defined by mainstream society. A gamer plays GAMES not just your run of the mill douchebag who refuses to see sunlight and plays just ONE type of game on a regular basis. That's not a gamer that's an unhealthy game addict. I don't give a DAMN about how high your gamerscore is nor your leaderboard standings. Games are about an experience, not what the vast majority of token douchebags think is cool. As a result, hence why we get the same crap every year in Madden, SvR, CoD, and now even in fighting games b/c the market follows what the vast majority thinks is right thanks to the idiots who buy this shit year in and year out. Here's your wake-up call, the vast majority is NOT always right.
If you want better games, do yourselves a favor and buy something that's NOT a damn sequel/spin-off to something you already buy every freakin' year. Show the industry that you care and give the folks trying to get on the map for making original games a reward for their efforts."
Z on Wrestling:
"I've said it once, I'll say it a million more times. Mainstream wrestling is DEAD after 21 to 25+ generation stops watching. Mainstream wrestling refuses to grow past the phase of rehashing, recreating, and reusing the Monday Night Wars (Hello TNA!!) and it's burying itself into a seeming bottomless pit. Your veterans/has-been greats of yester years are dropping like flies - injuries piling up, deaths, retirement - while leaving the sport with little means to continue since the next generation have not been properly prepared nor given the chance to truly shine in the limelight.
I'll honestly say, the average wrestling mark by WWE standards sickens me to my stomach on a regular basis. The only thing the average mark does is dickride whoever is "over" on TV at that moment for that feud/storyline. Meanwhile, the REAL wrestling fans, who actually watch other forms of professional wrestling than just WWE or TNA, have found these many gems of wrestlers outside of the small pond that WWE considers their "creme of crop" and these VERY same marks bury those guys into oblivion for being overrated. Yet the SECOND that individual is "over" in WWE, they are on the fanclub instantly.
There's next to NO sense of individually anymore. People used to have tons of favorites back in the day when you ask people who their favorites where. Now you get the same folks rehashed that are in the main event circle. It's not that "Wrestling Sucks" now, the average fan AND the marks are lazy. The so-called followers of the sport have so MANY tools at their disposal to explore and use. "Uhh... I didn't see WCW or ECW as I was too young to remember anyway.." GO WATCH IT ON YOUTUBE! "I don't get Ring of Honor or New Japan where I live..." GO FIND A STREAM! BUY THE DVDS! WATCH ON THEIR WEBSITE! There's absolutely NO reason that if you're fan of the sport that you can't find the time nor the resources to expand your knowledge upon it.
Z on Super Hero Movies:
I don't mind reboots and I don't mind the recent trend of tributes to many of the comic books I grew up reading, drawing, and watching cartoons of when I was a kid. What I do mind is how Hollywood caters to the 'tards who haven't picked up a comic book in their lives. Perfect example - Heath Ledger as The Joker in The Dark Knight, as many people regard him and his style of Joker as the best in history. No thanks, Mark Hamill still has that honor for me. Much more powerful symbolism and eerie horror throughout his run as the character. I know it's meaningless to hope for the best, but I'd love for Hollywood to quit butchering the cartoons I grew up on in the 80's and 90's. Voltron rebooted, now here comes ThunderCats (crosses fingers that it's good) then even a Captain Planet reboot in talks as well. Here's a better idea for Hollywood, LEAVE MY CHILDHOOD ALONE AND HIRE SOME PEOPLE WITH SOME GOOD ORIGINAL IDEAS!! And they wonder why the Japanese have our kids hooked with anime, as we're still recycling the same ol' shit!
BTW if you got a problem with what I just stated above then GTFO:
