I think you guys are giving video games way more attention than it actually is, having Brock in wont be a worse PR move than the financial implications of removing him Worst case, people will complain for a bit then let it slide Meanwhile the financial implication of removing him (assuming he's part of showcase or/and my rise) is much much MUCH bigger

It makes no financial sense to take him out without an official verdict To "Chris Benoit" Brock out of the game at this point will require a delay in the game, do you understand how much of a financial blow this is to WWE, 2K and everyone benefiting from this delaying the game this close to release? Again unless Brock is convicted within a month (not going to happen) NO REASON TO REMOVE HIM

To add more to my point, Brock makes more money out of his Merchandise than he does appearing in a WWE game right? WWE didn't remove his merchandise from their shop even!!

No it isnt It's how they make PART of their money TV appearances Autograph sessions PLE Appearances Late Night Show Guests House Shows Merchandise sales Etc... THAT'S how they make money, video game appearances is just an income but a very tiny one. There are literally tens of people benefiting financially from this game more than the Wrestlers, hell they make more money in the promotion of these games than in the games themselves Guys come on It's basic business

I see your point but I dont get the obsession WWE has with the record, I mean I love Roman but they are clearly out of ideas to keep the title on him. And to make things worse this is self inflicted, they had countless opportunities to dethrone the guy while keeping him top dog enough to have a tribal fight against The Rock yet they fumbled it. As for Cody, him saying he wont finish the story at Mania is what triggered people the most

Cody has beaten Seth 3 times already. The whole point was to do it against Roman, hell they even emphasized that he won the Rumble to get to Roman who was visibly against Cody winning because he considers him his only threat. Wtv he and Seth are going to cook it wont be as fleshed out as him and Roman would've been. Also if Cody wanted the WHC why didn't he challenge Seth before? Seth has been issuing challenges to everyone, why wait to win the Rumble? Everything about Cody going for the WHC makes him look dumb
