I Think if he returned to NOAH now that Misawa has gone, it would be a big insult to Misawa and surely against his wishes. Though if they did, they could run a very good hated angle upon it with Go Shiozaki.
I Doubt Akiyama will actually retire, if anything he'll go heal his back/shoulder for a few months and return.
Kawada has refused to join NOAH, i doubt he ever will.

Oddly enough i just posted about him singing in my reply to you.
Everyone likes a bit of dancing/singing Kawada and the collapse of HUSTLE unfortunately won't stop it. Though at least we won't be subjected to their "HUSTLE HUSTLE Christmas Special songs".. those were beyond Embarassing.
