Mixed bag this week for me, had a few too many 'flippy' guys for my liking. Very Dynamite-y. Punk segment was good and the main event was really good.

Think I'm legit going to start skipping Dynamite entirely. Every time I check out the highlights it's all the stuff I hate. I suppose it's good that they offer 2 very different shows for their audiences but it's almost like pitting themselves against each other. It's weird to have 2 completely different tones within one company.

I can't be the only one who thought Kota looked washed? Reckon this is the end of the BCC/ELITE beef? Seems like the blow off but AEW can be ass backwards at times.

FTR/BC match was fantastic. Keep saying it but man I'm happy with how Collision is being presented.

I didn't watch his debut but I'm guessing he's another 'great wrestler' that spams flying cutters and Canadian destroyers? Maybe pepper in some reverse hurricanranas and an inability to talk on the mic?

It's so nice having Collision to watch, another great show. Surreal seeing Punk and Joe share a ring again, feels like yesterday I was watching them in ROH. Time sure does fly.

Loved Collison this week, I'm invested in most of the wrestlers being featured. Everyone feels more elevated, which is great. Bang bang gang getting over strong with me.

@Generations Damn, really?! That's rough man, real rough. How on earth is it that p*ss poor with 4 years development? It's a major component a wrestling game needs to get right. Without it, it's essentially DOA. That's before you add on outdated rosters, limited match types and lackluster career modes. This is a shame.

Maaaaan, that creation suite. Woof. Gives me TNA impact vibes, I'm sure it's alot better than that but it looks so bare bones! I wouldn't be suprised to see this as a one and done which would be a shame if it has a decent foundation.

Having Jericho start the show massively worried me (keep him on Dynamite please) but it was another strong episode of Collision. I'm liking how it's put together, its paced better, feels like a wrestling show. Actual promos that are good and great video packages sprinkled through out, its refreshing to see. Hope they can keep it up.

Improvement all round, better presentation, better talent, better commentary. Good start. No Bucks, no Mox, no Jericho and the show was significantly better for it. I worry the show will lose steam if it doesn't have a hard brand split going forward. I don't want to see Best Friends opening the show in 2 weeks time, keep everyone you expect to see on Dynamite, on Dynamite.

Be nice to have a tolerable commentary team in AEW. I don't hate Excalibur but this is the right call here, keep him with his little buddies on Dynamite.

I agree, a decent chunk of AEW talent reeks of 'I'm just happy to be having fun being wrestler with my friends' instead of you know, actually getting over and doing good business. Add to that Tony Khans booking, which is the drizzling sh**s and you have a hard time caring about anything really.

Has there been any insight to the creation suite available in the game? Any screenshots or gameplay?

The quality of the show can only stand to improve with him on it. It's been pretty shocking for a considerable amount of time. Its a shame they all couldn't be big boys and do business but oh well. Glad he's coming back.

I think it'll sh** the bed but I hope I'm wrong. Everything surrounding this game gives me red flags.

Hoping for that hard brand split. Keep the Elite, JAS, BCC and the rest of that club on Dynamite and I can watch Collision going forward. However if its still Tony booking it, then it's going be the same old slop albeit with more tolerable talent.

Better. It feels sharper fidelity wise, better draw distance too. Its actually a very pretty game for the most part. Frame rate still struggles though, when your in towns or more busy environments, it can drop to the low 20s but for the most part it sticks to 30 fps. Overall I'm quite impressed at what they've achieved considering how dated the switch tech is at this point.

It would be incredibly stupid to give it to Cody. He should continue to have single feuds outside of the title picture until he faces Roman at the next Wrestlemania. I'm not really interested in the new belt AT ALL. They've spent so much time building Roman it makes zero sense to introduce another world title. Its just the lesser belt by default. They should of introduced the new belt once Romans been defeated.

Tried Redfall. Now I'm upset. Man.. xbox really can't catch a break, makes me very worried for Starfield.

I"ll say it, the BCC are incredibly lame and Moxley might be the worst of the bunch. Everything he does is so unbelievably cringe. The tough guy persona doesn't wash with me and his offense looks shoddy to boot. How he won wrestler of the year is beyond me, what makes it worse is ge clearly has influence over the locker room. I'm worried his garbage style will become more common place. Ps. Hammer and anvil elbows are the WORST. Can every wrrstler in the company stop doing them please.

Yeah, the new belt will just be the the lesser belt in comparison to Romans. Silly move, especially if they give it to Cody. Feels like a cop out and muddies the waters and devalues everything. Just introduce the new belt once someone finally dethrones Roman.
