  1. Tony could get John Cena and he'd have him fighting Griff Garrison in his debut match. He has a tendency to immediately cool off anyone he brings in. It's happened SO many times. The stars are often dulled by his poor booking. Makes them feel lesser.
  2. Nah, AEW is a cluster f**k majority of the time. Its not the saving grace some pockets of the iwc claim it to be. It has its moments but just like WWE you have to sit through ALOT of garbage. Also depending on the style of wrestling you like you could love aew or absolutely loathe it. AEW is a double edged sword in alot of ways with their approach of 'all styles of wrestling is good wrestling'
  3. Haven't seen it, what did Juice say?
  4. I'm happy for Big Bill, it's good to see him get through what he did.
  5. Ngl I'm gonna be hyped as hell to see him back in WWE. It should be an incredibly moment. It'll be nice to see what he could do in 23 WWE.
  6. A little late just jumping in to say the Edge/Christian segment was awesome. The "go f**king yourself" was perfect. Always great to see wrestlers that can actually be believable. Good stuff
  7. I'm sorry I can't take Wheeler Yuta seriously at all! His BCC '"Im a baddass" gimmick doesn't fit his look or what he does in the ring. He's too unbelievable in the role for me. It's lame, I have the same opinion of Moxley but to a lesser extent. Again, can everyone stopping doing the bloody godawful elbows. The absolute sh**s everytime!
  8. Prince Nana dancing is gold.
  9. I'm not overly sure tbh, I came across a link to his video on another forum.
  10. Just watched the Stevie video and good grief does it paint AEW in a terrible light. I know WHY Knox is employed (a Bucks butt buddy) but he really shouldn't be, this is the same clown that let Alex Reynolds lay dead in the ring for a ungodly amount of time a few years back. Fenix needs a slap for dropping Moxley on his head not ONCE but TWICE within a minute. He also concussed the man earlier with a dive (which I don't blame him for in that instance). What a sloppy shop, it's a miracle they haven't killed someone already. It's f**ing embarrassing. I admittedly loathe Jon Moxley but wrestlers are notoriously stubborn and need to be protected from themselves.
  11. I'm always for more Samoa Joe, I'm very happy to see him working with MJF. Solid stuff.
  12. Nah, sounds like bullsh*t. He'd do all that then proceed to go out (looking calm) and put on a match. Then take photos after and go for a Nandos? Not buying it.
  13. Most of the negative sh*t about punk is coming from people that only have jobs because they’re friends with the Young Bucks. Wrestlers that DON’T change in the bucks locker room have said that they’re grateful for CM Punk being in the locker room. I don't agree with how he handles things, as it plays right into their hands.. but man it must be frustrating dealing with these kids. I like AEW but it would be much better without the young bucks and their indy sh**ter friends. It'll not improve with Punk gone, the core problem will still remain.
  14. That's the problem, a substantial amount of the people that are in that company is because of the Bucks and for the most part they have the same mindset. Which isn't necessarily a good thing. ALOT of them are dead weight that have shown a inability to get over and just want to play with their buddies. I think Cody was the guy that had a clue, the Bucks haven't shown anything to me that paints them positively. Stupidly Khan named his company after them so he's stuck with them unless he wants egg on his face. To your second point several agents told Perry not to and he got all pissy?! They asked Punk to speak to him according to reports. Then Perry proceeded to throw shade during his match, which understandably caused a confrontation. They're in dire need of leadership and Punk seems to be the one that's taking it upon himself. Right or wrong.
  15. The problem has always been The Bucks and their passive aggressive mentality imo. Punk called them out on their bullsh*t and has been battling them and their little buddies ever since. Punk isn't innocent. However, the way the IWC paint him as the sole bad guy is ridiculous. AEW has unfortunately been partly built upon them and the friends they hired that share their same sensibilities. I think it's the fundermental flaw with the company, pair that with a d*ckless owner that isn't built for the position and you have the kids running shop. The company won't truly improve until the Bucks and their likeminded goons bonce. That or Tony grows a pair OR put someone in a true power role that can fire people and or make them do business. I genuinely don't think Punk is the problem in AEW. He's fighting a losing battle with these children.
  16. Jungle Boy didn't like being told no (which was the right call) and proceeded to spit his dummy out and sh*t on everyone that told him no, on live TV. Punk was in the wrong for getting physical with him but there's clearly a attitude problem with ALOT of the talent in the back. Entitled brats who think they know best. Fault again lies entirely on Khan for allowing this environment in the first place.
  17. This should feel like a HUUUGE week for AEW but it's just the same mehh booking as always. It's really sad as this All In show could of been so hype but they seem happy to just do the bare minimum for their biggest show EVER.
  18. Got sucked into Destiny 2, so I've been smashing that A LOT lately. Also been playing Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which I've been thoroughly enjoying.
  19. Texas Chain Saw Massacre (been playing the game on gamepass, got the itch to rewatch)
  20. Bucks likely going to be the next champs now. Wonder if they'll vacate them or have suprise opponents for them on the night. Shame, as it was the only match on the Wembley show that was vaguely interesting apart from MJF/Cole.
  21. So is their match off at All In?
  22. You can tell by how she referees that she's a massive mark for herself.
  23. I know it's not finalised but man that All In card looks underwhelming.
