I know it's been a while since I been on here, but to answer your question, yes I'm keeping my sig up (for now)....even though I hated to see Jose Reyes wear another team's uniform.

I've tried both Chocolate & Vanilla but I prefer Vanilla because it goes down easier. It tastes better when you add stuff like chocolate chips, a banana, peanut butter, and honey.

I use a product called "Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass". You can find it at GNC. It comes in whether Vanilla or Chocolate. Get the 6 lb jug.

Work out's goin great. I've put on about 8 lbs. the last few weeks. I'm thinking about buying the ISO7x this weekend. Been doing research about Isometrics so I figured I'd give it a try.

Actually, I've been back on here since late March. I got bored with the forums so I left. Didn't think I'd be gone for 15 months, but I did. Besides that, I've been juggling with school & work. I was gonna come back last year to post my thoughts when MJ passed but I changed my mind. I can't wait til Saturday. A friend of mine is throwing me a party.

It's ridiculous that he's getting $161 million. He isn't the best pitcher. He started to decline last year with Cleveland and that trade to Milwaukee saved his value. Now he's hyped as the best pitcher in baseball? Give me a break. Johan's better. This is gonna backfire on the Yankees.

That is why MVP is my favorite wrestler. He tells it how it is. Too bad WWE is so stupid to make him job. Anyway, i really can't wait for April to come now that K-Rod's on aboard but still there's a lot of work to do with that pen and the starting rotation. I also heard that Sabathia may be a Dodger even though he's talking to the Yankees right now.

Yeah Shea looks like a junkyard now. I passed by what was left of Shea a few weeks ago...it's just sad to see. I'm gonna do all I can to attend Opening Day at Citi Field.

I was on a Mets site earlier and there was this "Met fan" who said that Met fans should props to the Phils for winning the World Series. I was like "It will be a cold day in hell before I EVER give props to the Phillies". If you ask me if I'll salute the Phils, yeah i'll salute them alright....with the middle finger.
