  1. Has anyone got FIFA17? I've got PES 2017 at the moment but I want to do a proper season MLS mode.
  2. For real.Even though it was a little repetitive on the side mission part, for me it was fun as hell planning ahead the mission and infiltrating exactly how you wanted to. The exceptional AI made it even better. I make it even more fun by not playing to be stealthy, I enjoy annoying the hell out of the enemies, such as using decoys, and blowing up their communications. Headshotting with trank darts is such good fun.
  3. Seriously forgot how addictive MGS V is. I can make 4 hours disappear easily without realising.
  4. Haha. I love Project Cars. Do a race on the shortened Monza track with max opponents and count the number of times the chicane at the end of the track gets completely blocked up. Might have to give that a go, sounds perfect for a Touring car race. I haven't touched WWE2K17 for nearly a month. me too. but then the Superstar Shakeup happened and I feel like I need to update my Universe and now everything has been better than before. Yeah I really should, thing is my universe hasn't started yet - but now there's a good Matt Hardy available, it may be soon.
  5. Bought Project Cars last week. Azure circuit in rain with F1 cars = carnage. I got about as far as Portier on the first lap, then ended up swapping ends and embedding the car in the wall of the hotel. I do love it, the customisation is excellent so I can have an F1 experience without the suffocation of the F1 games' inflexibility. Also bought MGSV Phantom Pain. I did have it on the Xbox One (got to the first mission with Quiet) but of course lost it when I switched. Finally bit the bullet and went through the first level again to set it up. Now on mission three, but I managed to completely slip past the Skulls when extracting Miller on a replay of mission One. Looks much better on Playstation, I can really tell the difference. I haven't touched WWE2K17 for nearly a month.
  6. I think it's part of this summer's big storyline with Vanguard 1. As the only member of the 'broken universe' that Impact can legally have on their show, Vanguard 1 wins the title in a over the top rope battle royal...then goes on to lose the belt to the cart...but wins it back three weeks later in a ladder match. Looking forward to it, especially the ladder match, should be a good one. The first defence when the dilapidated boat turns on Vanguard 1 should be good. Then Jarrett hits it with a guitar.
  7. Given TNA's track record under Jarrett, I reckon he'd be world champion within a month. "Oohh he used to wrestle in WWE - push him".
  8. Triple H was given the WWF Title first before he started seeing Stephanie. He won it off Foley in August 99. The angle with Stephanie (which actually began their off screen relationship) wasn't until November. He was given it simply because he was the very best heel on the roster at the time, and a perfect foil for Foley and the Rock to chase. He was so hated as a heel he even managed to turn Vince face for Armageddon, and the naive sweet Stephanie into an evil bitch at the same event. People seem to think that he got everything handed to him because he was family, in fact it's worth recalling that he ate everything for the Curtain Call, went to the very bottom of the card as a result and worked his way up. He was very much a "top guy" and one of Vince's go to guys before he got involved with Steph. In fact, it was probably only the fact Vince trusted Hunter so much that he eventually let Steph see him. I won't argue that after that, sometimes he got favourable booking - but he never got handed the world title as a result of that until at least 2003. If you read what I said he wasn't Truly "The Guy" until when he was handed the title. He was always important and one of the top guys but he had Austin and Rock above him. I mean from mid 99 til he tore his quad he was The Top Heel til Austin became Heel. After that they pushed him to the moon and it never really worked because he wasn't that good as a face and as a heel he was good but he wasn't the as great as before and went over all the Faces til Batista, when they finally gave up on him being the top guy. Also I was talking about being the Top Guy, when Triple H won the Tithe before he was handed it he wasn't The Guy like Austin, Hogan, Rock, Cena, Roman, HBK. Hell Rock was only The Guy do to Austin being out, as soon as he returned he pushed back down a peg. I'd agree with that, but him becoming the top superstar in the end wasn't a result of Stephanie, it was the retirement of #1 (Austin) and #2 disappearing off to Hollywood. He was effectively promoted by that happening. I think the failure of his face run was partly down to the booking of Jericho as basically not being a threat to him (through being p*ssy whipped by Steph) a hero is only really as good as his respective villain. Plus it was also pretty much a foregone conclusion that following his January return, he was winning the Rumble and taking the title at Mania. That also hurt him as a face, because there's no need to have the people hoping it happened, because it was obvious. Then also you had his coronation taking place in the shadow of Hogan and Rock.

  10. I actually played the demo of the Nathan Drake collection the other day, I've never played the Uncharted series before.
  11. I picked it up for a tenner with my PS4 a few months ago and haven't touched it yet. It's all online isn't it? Because I'm in trouble if it is because I'm not good in online deathmatches. Still playing through Watchdogs, I'm having a great time with it, I really don't get the hate it got. I hope 2 is this much fun.
  12. I've gotta catch up with NXT, I had no idea Mickie was back!!
  13. King Ross is hilarious. King Uh!!!! It's John o'clock get the *Censored* in there!! I love WTF moments. Can't wait for them after each show.
  14. Why not? They've funded it through the youtube channel and their own merchandise - and they're booking great independent talent. It's not like it has a lot of rivals in the UK either. I'm glad that they're letting the wrestlers shine, and using their presenters as comic relief.
  15. Can guarantee it wasn't Triple H, apparently he'd been pushing for WarGames since the Elimination Chamber was created in 2002.
  16. Surprised he's getting away with using "Ryback" and "feed me more" - Would have thought WWE had those trademarked up the ass.
  17. Either that or the fact he was working his ass off making it entertaining and post Amell, they did absolutely nothing with it.
  18. Just found out Critical was canned. That show was brilliant.
  19. Forza Motorsport 6. Did a touring car race around Brands Hatch, turned the AI drivatar difficulty up to maximum and finished 10th. Quite a leap up from my old difficulty. Also loving Hitman, such great fun.
  20. Just wiped mine to clear the logos, but CC seems to be being in a mood.
  21. I would guess because WWE owns his other one.
  22. Probably because they want the workers to focus only on wrestling and don't want them making more money, so they'd be forced to rely on WWE? I think if some of the guys had something to fall back on, according to many sources who say the current locker room should speak up more, they'd grow balls and stand up to WWE more. It's been said many guys stay quiet because they're comfortable with their stable paycheck and don't want to lose that, whereas other ventures could afford them money to tell WWE they refuse to do this or that. Might also be favoritism too, but I'm basing that on WWE using CM Punk's company-on-attire idea and giving it to Sheamus. But good for Brandi. I hope she and Cody find success in whatever they do, Cody's definitely earned it. What do you mean? What's the story on this, I never heard of this before. Oh, apparently it was Lesnar, as above people have said. Google did tell me Punk wanted a part of TMNT, but it went to Sheamus instead. Why did I think of Sheamus, then? Still, it shows how shitty WWE can be. Out of those who we know aren't happy/weren't happy, I only see Ziggles and Cody being successful. One of the reasons why I don't see it being a positive thing when NXT stars are called up. Punk often said he wanted to play Casey Jones in a "TMNT" film, meaning in general, because I don't think the new films had begun production at the time. His issue with film roles was over the Marine - and Triple H telling him he wouldn't be filming at the time of the European tour - when Punk proved he was right, they switched the role to Orton without telling him.
  23. Aw man, Stardust was one of the most entertaining characters, he was really poorly used though.
