If Penta is in the base game, as well as Giulia and Stephanie i'm really struggling to see what the DLC will be, at least in terms of current stars cause those are really the only big ones that came in kinda late for the game that would make sense to be DLC.

The diva stans are so bizarre to me, i've never understood them, they're obsessed with mostly terrible wrestlers and throw tantrums like children when they don't get their way, like this whole Meta 4 thing. They're legit trashing every reveal crying they only want Meta 4, i saw Wendy Choo bless her heart even chimed in after everyone was crapping on her reveal with the Meta 4 talk saying she was a fan of them too. Just weirdo basement dwelling behavior.

Yeah the Meta 4 shit has me confused as hell, they're legit jobbers in developmental who've not really done that much at all and aren't even that good, not sure why they have a legion of fans upset on twitter constantly bombarding the comments on every reveal crying they want Meta 4. Have i missed something here? When did Meta 4 do anything good at all?

Omg that looks sick! The model, the updated entrance, and i LOVE that they even stop the music at the end and have the crowd continuing on singing his theme, that was a great touch. Really wish they gave Jey Uso's entrance this kind of love instead of copy and pasting his 2K24 entrance which has been outdated for a while now.

Yeah i've wanted a new Stomp for Seth for years, one with a pin combo from the side and one with a pin combo from the corner. Just feels like in 2K's mind its perfect as is and doesn't need a new version cause he's had the same outdated ones since his first introduction into the series since what WWE 12?

Universe is hardly a broken mess, its got some issues and things that could be done better but i enjoy it and never have any huge game breaking bugs, but there are bugs that get ignored cause 2K wanna patch updates for myFaction and leave things like show cards being randomized when downloading a caw while the show is in progress. Patch after patch comes and no issues in universe or CAS is ever addressed, but they make sure every patch MyFaction gets fixes and updates.... Again since MyFaction was added that is mostly their main focus throughout the year is adding and fixing stuff in that while other modes like CAS and Universe is left to starve and remain with the same bugs forever. Now with The Island they got two modes thats gonna be the primary focus throughout the year while the other more important modes get ignored. Not sure why you're sucha huge defender of MyFaction if you never even play it, but oh well. All it does is drain players of money and give little in return, and takes a ton of the focus of the team away from other areas of the game. Myfaction may not be the reason theres bugs in other areas of the game, but it sure is the reason they're not getting addressed.

Exactly, as i was saying MyFaction already took alot of their time and focus updating and fixing over other important areas in the game that needed attention. Now with The Island its gonna be constant updates and fixes for it along with MyFaction, so now even more of their attention will be focused on a trash mode just put in to make money off of. While important bugs in other modes will go unfixed, every patch now we're just gonna see "Updated MyFaction, updated The Island, added this to MyFaction, added this to The Island, added stability and fixes for The Island" meanwhile fans will be screaming for them to fix a serious bug in Universe or CAS that will go ignored while they fix stuff on The Island and MyFaction.

The thing is MyFaction has hurt the game in alot of ways, every patch they did on 2K24 was mainly stuff for MyFaction and ignoring bugs in universe and caw mode etc, it was always "This has been added to MYFaction, this was fixed in MyFaction". Then they locked away models you had zero chance of getting unless you paid $100, they made 2011 Punk impossible to get unless you wanted to empty your wallet and buy like 7 persona cards. Then if you unlock models by some miracle you can't even use their parts in caw mode, you can't even edit the models, can't even give them a render to blend in with the rest of the game if they haven't got one. So you can pay $40 to get Roman with a manbun and you can't even put him in wrestling gear or even give him a render after paying them $40. And now its hurt showcase, before we could get a ton of retro models and attires from showcase mode, but now with MyFaction they wanna hold back on stuff like that for persona cards. So to save models back to use for MyFaction, thats why we got a Bloodline showcase now so its semi recent looks with not a lot of retro models for wrestlers, just Roman with a different glove or boot color, or Jey and Jimmy with different pants on. MyFaction hasn't killed the game but its damn sure not improved it and made it a little bit worse.

I truly don't see how The Island is a good thing, its just another money pit for 2K, charging way too much for items that aren't worth it, $8 $10 $15 etc for generic clothing items with a superstars logo on them, just looks like highway robbery. Everyone who plays NBA 2K says the Island is the same as a mode in that game and they hate it. Its already took PC Mods from us, so no more updated models, no new hair styles, facial hair, tattoos etc for ingame wrestlers anymore, no more hidden themes or de-aged models. That added alot of re-playability for alot of people. I see it likely depriving us of something else as well that we don't even know yet, Gamevolt was even saying he's kinda worried they'd take the Image Uploader away so you can't recreate the items sold on The Island.

The whole island thing is terrible imo, just generic looking merch that costs way too much and is just there for people to throw money at 2K for very little in return. And likely very unstable servers with up to 50 players running around when you can barely get a match with 6 players in it to run smoothly when you face players online. And the worst thing about it, its likely killed cross platform sharing with PC. So we lose PC mods on CC in exchange for generic WWE merch in a laggy online island with generic tasks to complete.....

Yeah i guess, but they license songs out all the time for the games soundtrack, and Tatu aint exactly a huge band that would demand a huge fee to use it i imagine, not like theres a big demand for that song in 2025.

Same i couldn't stand that instrumental version lol. But the fact that we got Stone Cold's Disturbed theme in 2K24 gives me hope for All The Things She Said.

Also if they give her the Tatu theme All The Things She Said i'ma lose my mind, would be unbelievably amazing to have that in the game.

Thats awesome, but i'm kinda worried with her revealing that, i really doubt she was allowed to reveal that, she is likely unaware of how this video game stuff works and keeping stuff secret until a certain date. They got mad when LA Knight revealed he did mocap work for Hulk Hogan's entrance for one of the games when he wasn't supposed to.

The Heritage Cup Match would be pretty cool, and would be a fun different kinda match, you got what is it 6 3 minute rounds, and then you go to your corner like an MMA match for a short break at the end each round, and whoever gets 2 wins within those 6 rounds wins. Seems like a pretty easy match type for them put in the game. They did put the Underground match in, so hopefully thats a sign each year we're gonna get these NXT matches implemented, like next year we get Heritage Cup, then we get Iron Survivor.

Backstage brawls look fun as hell this time around

I dunno, i said theres a slim chance that could be the case, which i hope it is, little things like that bug me as small details as they are lol, and i know its an easy fix but just a bit annoying having to use up a caw slot to fix it.

I mean then they failed on that front cause he wasn't wearing arm bands on his upper arms in his debut like he is in the game and the next week on SD for his first official entrance he literally had wrist tape on So i think they had to just forget about adding it cause i can't find where he had armbands on his upper arms but didn't have wrist tape. They've literally had since June of last year to just add some wrist tape on him and they didn't.

Man underground match does look like it could be fun, haven't seen footage of it showing off some of the ways you can go from in the ring to the outside like in this vid

Gotta say it still irks me they forgot to add Jacob Fatu's wrist tape, so now if you want his authentic gear you gotta take up an entire caw slot for some wrist tape...I guess theres a slim chance it could be there when the game is released and this was an earlier model that wasn't fully complete but i doubt it. And its not like he wrestled one time without wrist tape either, everytime he's wrestled he's had wrist tape, but watch 2K say he had a match at house show once with no wrist tape and thats what they went with, would be classic 2K.

Dude Sol Ruca is easily looking like one of the most fun females to ever play in the games, her moveset is so unique and looks so fun to play.

Thank you! yeah its definitely new by the looks of it which is great, was worried they'd just stick him with Tiffany's version and call it a day.

Does anyone know if Jacob Fatu has a new double jump moonsault or did they just slap Tiffany Strattons version on him? Haven't looked too deep into the gameplay vids.
