I wouldnt know how to fully morph a male face the only thing you could do is use someone elses formula for brock lesnar then apply the face texture yourself?

Ok, the only programs i use is macromedia fireworks, this is to resize, edit colours and cut out parts that i dont want. Then i use paint.net to change it to a bmp image. you have to use PTExplorer for changing the alpha of what colours you dont want to show, for example if the picture had white the alpha would show up as 255, you have to click on the colour and change it to 0 on ptexplorer.
