I liked the 2011 game where the Ministry Undertaker, Masked Kane, Paul Bearer and a druid could be made into a stable. The one that came with a Bret Hart DVD. But I lost interest post THQ after realizing how buggy the games were, with tons of cut features. Some of the games were just so broken, no amount of updates could even rectify the issue. In fact, this guy that I previously knew under the alias "The Prodigy DGK" on YouTube always mentions this stuff. I know they aren't slots, but having five playable versions (if you wanna call them that) just feels silly to me.

Stardust, dashing, undashing and action figure Cody Rhodes... WHY, exactly? So he can finish the story and tell old stories at the same time, I guess. I mean, every year 2K just wastes a lot of slots on putting in multiple versions of the same wrestlers, but younger versions for different eras or something. Like, how many duplicates of Kane do we need, or whoever it may be? It's probably just done up this way to make the roster feel larger than it actually is. Yeah. I know they're for storylines and all, but having a playable figurine of a real person just seems dumb. It's a space that could have been used on someone who isn't even in the game. Sanga and Veer aren't on TV much any more. I know this since Jinder Mahal usually appears by himself, and I cannot remember the last time I seen Dexter Lumis either. So why are they in the game? LOL.

I lost my mum on the 9th of September. She died from a combination of heart problems and renal failure, which started to be noticeable following a heart attack in March of last year. She was put on dialysis when they discovered her kidneys were failing, but she got her lines pulled out in August at a hospice she attended. Such foolish carers. The blooming NHS in Scotland ended her dialysis after a nurse visited her at home while she was unwell, and overdosed her. Paramedics came and then my mum was unresponsive for several days up to her passing in hospital. But just as she passed, she gasped loudly and many toxins came up. I believe her catheters being removed caused a serious infection in her lungs, and she only received dialysis once on the 29th of August. Therefore, her body would have fell victim to the toxins in her system, as a dialysis patient usually requires blood filtering procedures three times per week. That's so very sad. My mother was like my best friend. She certainly supported me through a lot of grief in my life. I felt powerless to help her, which is sad and unfortunate, as she always supported me. However, her fate was just left in the hands of the wrong people.

People obviously still like wrestling, so I reckon the lack of posts on here ain't necessarily down to anybody losing interest. Nor is it an age thing with everyone, although it could be, because some users could have had more time in their younger days to post on forums, and just 'grew out of them' as they got older. Me myself, I'm not far off from turning 38, and I started registering on forums all the way back in 2003. Really, here. What the primary issue is concerns social media like X and Facebook overtaken forums in popularity. Now we also have the likes of WhatsApp, Discord, YouTube and whatnot, which rendered forums to be in the state that they are. It sucks. I know it's hard to accept that message boards are dead. This is something I notice on other forums a lot too. In fact, I made a few threads on other forums not too long ago to point this out as well. As a mildly autistic introvert who deals with social anxiety, I feel like I depend on forums to break up the monotony of being lonesome. But when you're noticing this everywhere online in 2023, just think to yourself: Should we continue to use forums? In terms of forums people visit to discuss video games, the only active ones I know about are GameFAQs and NeoGAF. That's more or less it, I'm afraid. Unfortunately, I just cannot advise you to waste your time on GameFAQs, or any of the generic alternatives like GameSpot and ResetEra. The members are usually the arrogant sort, the layout isn't the greatest looking either, and moderators just don't care about stopping any flame wars. So I'm gonna be giving up forums at the end of the year, since they have ran their course.

I last watched two 70's movies in bad quality on YouTube, due to people's laziness of publishing awful 480p dog shit. One called Terror at Red Wolf Inn which was too slow paced. It's about a college girl who wins a phoney contest to stay at a resort operated by this weird guy and his grandparents, with lots of scenes of them eating food and talking about brandy. Can you guess what the food is made of? The other was also a bit slow, but somewhat good once it got going. Rituals with Hal Holbrook, who you'll know from The Fog. It's about five doctors who go camping in Canada, but they get attacked by some mostly unseen person, who doesn't really reveal himself until near the end when they end up in a cabin, where a blind man lives. While walking through a river, one of them gets his foot caught in a trap, so the survivors have to carry him up a mountain, arguing with each other all the way about whether they ought to go on ahead without him. Lawrence Dane from Scanners is in this film as well. It's okay.

I doubt anybody has heard of him, but this Liverpool based English singer used to be in a band called the Wild Swans, who had well regarded songs like "Bible Dreams" and "Young Manhood" (none of which charted). And I personally always thought he was more talented than the likes of Julian Cope, who he briefly played with in the Teardrop Explodes as their organist. He was also in a band called Care, with the lead singer from the Lightning Seeds. Although it was more so a one-man act to begin with, meaning it was a moniker. It was with this group that Simpson achieved his highest charting single called "Flaming Sword" with Ian Broudie (previously of Original Mirrors) on guitar. I used to have the "7 of it. To be honest, I thought the 80's had a lot of great new wave groups that sadly got overlooked because of all the bland, cheesy pop music that was typical of the era. However, I do like synthpop acts such as OMD, Soft Cell, ABC, and Depeche Mode.

RE4's new DLC is really good.

Cannot wait for October, as there's a few games coming out I'm interested in playing. Namely Alan Wake 2 and Alone in the Dark. I haven't played anything good in ages.
