I'd like the issue where your custom sliders don't carry over to Universe to be fixed

Ratings don't look for what the hard-core expect. They look at gameplay - which is great. However 2k have a duty to fix the modes the reviewers don't go deep into too. The next update will be game changing in that regard. It needs to be.

There's gonna be a huge patch/update I'm sure. No doubt 2k had to keep to the release date, I'm only using Showcase right now, then My Rise. All the rest (most importantly universe ) will have to wait. Clearly not ready for release bar Gameplay and exhibition mode

You need to start a universe first, then you can save your instant recovery changes into that Universe slot. You don't need to actually do anything in Universe, as long as its there. Basically when you start a Universe the game uses the original unedited code for the game
