Hair 68/71 Color x 80, y -13, Shade 20
Arm/Wrist 15/21, color x -13, y -100, Shade 62
Arm Acc 12/15, Color 100, 0, 0
Tights 1/18, x -13, y25, Shade -25
Tights Design 25/159, Color x-89, y-100, Shade 31
Boots, 7/37 x-21, y-100

Face Paint
8/89, Color x-30, y-100, Shade 100.
Mask Designs, Color x-84, y-100, Shade 100.

Once you have that go under tats and use solid shapes
(I used 144/149 alot) to fill in the blue portion. You
have to stretch and enlarge alot to cover the white areas.
It doesn't matter if it goes over the white area on the left side, just make sure its lined up and looks cool.
I also used the circle once. For the color I just used
the blue provided in the pallets.

Then for the red stripe under tats use 144/149 stretching
and overlaping. Red in the color pallet works fine here as well.

Then use 2 stars of your choice under tats and change their color one they are positioned to your liking.

now whit all this being said... this will fill up your ENTIRE list if you get it right and you wont be able to
add any additional items.

I am still working on the move set and entrance. Almost have them nailed down.
