  2. Part 5 was when they focused on Tommy and left Jason dead.Basically 6 and up is what people think of Jason. Him being a unkillable monster who wears a hockey mask.
  3. Triple H was given the WWF Title first before he started seeing Stephanie. He won it off Foley in August 99. The angle with Stephanie (which actually began their off screen relationship) wasn't until November. He was given it simply because he was the very best heel on the roster at the time, and a perfect foil for Foley and the Rock to chase. He was so hated as a heel he even managed to turn Vince face for Armageddon, and the naive sweet Stephanie into an evil bitch at the same event. People seem to think that he got everything handed to him because he was family, in fact it's worth recalling that he ate everything for the Curtain Call, went to the very bottom of the card as a result and worked his way up. He was very much a "top guy" and one of Vince's go to guys before he got involved with Steph. In fact, it was probably only the fact Vince trusted Hunter so much that he eventually let Steph see him. I won't argue that after that, sometimes he got favourable booking - but he never got handed the world title as a result of that until at least 2003. If you read what I said he wasn't Truly "The Guy" until when he was handed the title. He was always important and one of the top guys but he had Austin and Rock above him. I mean from mid 99 til he tore his quad he was The Top Heel til Austin became Heel. After that they pushed him to the moon and it never really worked because he wasn't that good as a face and as a heel he was good but he wasn't the as great as before and went over all the Faces til Batista, when they finally gave up on him being the top guy. Also I was talking about being the Top Guy, when Triple H won the Tithe before he was handed it he wasn't The Guy like Austin, Hogan, Rock, Cena, Roman, HBK. Hell Rock was only The Guy do to Austin being out, as soon as he returned he pushed back down a peg. I'd agree with that, but him becoming the top superstar in the end wasn't a result of Stephanie, it was the retirement of #1 (Austin) and #2 disappearing off to Hollywood. He was effectively promoted by that happening. I think the failure of his face run was partly down to the booking of Jericho as basically not being a threat to him (through being p*ssy whipped by Steph) a hero is only really as good as his respective villain. Plus it was also pretty much a foregone conclusion that following his January return, he was winning the Rumble and taking the title at Mania. That also hurt him as a face, because there's no need to have the people hoping it happened, because it was obvious. Then also you had his coronation taking place in the shadow of Hogan and Rock. Plus I do think that being the top heel for almost 2 years then try to comeback as a big face kinda killed it. Like he had a great Pop for his return then it was all down hill. He was the most hated guy who took out Austin, Foley, helped take out Rock, and now we buy he's the top face pushing Rock & Austin out of the way when the fans loved both more, hell they loved Hogan more when he returned.

  5. There is a difference between being "The Guy" and being a Main Eventer. Normally if you are world champion it means you are a main eventer. SOME get their without a world title but MOST don't. The World Title means you are one of the important guys, Not the Guy. Hogan, Austin, Rock (Austin was out), Triple H, John Cena where the guy at some point in their time, when did they become that thought. Hogan when he won the World Title from the Iron Sheik, Austin when he won it from HBK, Rock was just given it due to Austin being out, Triple H was...well he was handed the World Title because he was with Stephanie and was one of the top guys, and Cena was given it when beat JBL for the Title. Most of the time the World Title means something important, exempt when WWE has 2 world titles then one will at some point not be important. And sometimes people become bigger than the title, Like Austin, Rock, Hogan, Lesnar, Taker, etc.
  6. And apparently you like people who *Censored* over entire companies. And no, i'm not talking about WWE. Googled him leaving AAA and apparently WWE was the one who told him he couldn't finish his dates. Either way, it sucks as ADR was a solid talent. I don't miss him though. You are mssing the part where he never informed AAA that he was leaving while still being the champion at that time. He also didn't have a contract and was willing to finish the year but WWE would not let him. It's more their fault for giving the man the title and not have a contract with him.
  7. Awesome! I'm pretty much the opposite. The last Spider-Man games I've ever played were the Raimi Spider-Man ones and my thoughts are exactly in line with yours. The first (while you had to stay above ground...waaay above ground, that is) was seriously good, whereas the second fixed the biggest issue but felt bland through repetition. I hope there are little side-missions, too, like being able to complete pizza deliveries as Peter Parker. Don't remind me of the can't go to the ground in Spider-Man. It was stupid. But other than that it was cool. The Amazing Spider-Man game was good, never played the 2nd one. Also, if they removed the white spider it would be good. Just give us the venom Spider-Man 3 costume, I loveed it.
  8. The thing that brought the series down for me was the adding the part were the whole magic thing, he was scary because he was just an evil uncontrollable man, not an unkillable being. And the fact that there is 2 different time lines not including the Zombie movies.
  9. If the man who wrote all of the Chucky Movies could bring it back with Curse of Chucky, Carpenter who wasn't involved after the first movie should do good, as long is it isn't a reboot but a continuation of some part of the series.
