    Jeff Hardy failed a second drug test one in july and one on monday thats why he lost the belt 2 jericho and he is gone 4 60 days he said he would wrather quit than go 2 rehab he dones not thank he has a problem and he is out of money in the bank and it's not prfomance enhancing drugs so most likely painkillers or Heroin
