That hair is one of the hairs in the hack though, which is why it flairs up like that under the hat. I might chage that though, as i don't like the way it looks. I just made this one as I liked it, but I'd rather make an attire that is more popular- as i haven't watched raw in a while an don't now what he wears anymore.
