Good start but you can make a lot of changes.
1) I've seen a lot of better hair choices for him but i can't remember which 1's
2) Make his skin look more tan.
3) Try making his jaw outline extend out more.
4) Make his nose wider.
5) Make his head longer.
6) Make his eyebrows thicker.

Try making these changes and we'll see how it looks.

there isnt a great hair for him in this game. but its still a 9.5/10 from me. the only thing u really need is the formula.

I think the biggest problem here is the jaw line. Bring that chin up and in some. That's should help quite a bit.
