As an outsider looking in, I'm not sure if there's a good fit for him outside of NXT if he's staying a solo act. This was my exact thought process when the rumors of him signing started. It's like when Lashley signed, there wasn't really a spot for him, they had to chisel one in for him. If JoMo's cool with cruising and collecting checks, I guess he'll be happy to be back. He was using the Standing Spanish Fly for a while, and he also used some weird Razor's Edge/Swinging Side Slam that he called "Impact Edge."
