Generations
“There is still a huge fanbase of Telltale players and that’s one of the main reasons we decided to make this investment,” said Brian Waddle, chief revenue officer for the new Telltale Games. “It’s hard to see your favorite games disappear or not get the sequels they deserve, so we thank everyone for their patience and support. We’ve got some exciting things to share soon. We’ll try not to keep them waiting too long, but we think fans will be pleased.” https://gonintendo.com/stories/343213-veteran-game-industry-executives-come-together-to-purchase-tellta?fbclid=IwAR0riWk-3fRlJSTc-mCsCY7GiZPHD9rBt70ZXItBgodwwIbAbyVGSpFz9gE

Jeb ★
Great news However, IGN has learned that certain licenses previously held by Telltale have reverted back to the original IP owners. Minecraft went to Microsoft, Marvel went back to Marvel, [The Walking Dead] went to Skybound, the source familiar with the matter said. However, WB licenses like The Batman and The Wolf Among Us, and original Telltale IP like Puzzle Agent, can be reactivated by new Telltale. Our aforementioned source says that WB likely blessed Batman and The Wolf Among Us for the sale to go through to LCG Entertainment. So, at the very least, we know that new Telltale can work on those IPs. https://www.ign.com/articles/2019/08/28/telltale-games-shut-down-and-revival-explained?sf107952927=
