Generations Posted August 13, 2019 Report Share Posted August 13, 2019 I have a feeling that WWE is going to start being edgier on the WWE Network, but not on weekly television. That's kinda what they used to do back in the day also. I remember back when renting a PPV on vhs was a big deal, because it was like "oh shit...there might be some titties or bad words on here!" So...yeah, I think the severed head lantern was an example of that. I think they allowed it for the Network, but don't want it on regular tv or social media, because it looks too gruesome. Just my assumption. Or...are you saying that Summerslam itself, on the network has been cut and edited? Because, that would be lame for sure.
