Creepia
No Im fairly certain it was that Ciampa was always retaining, its just they had to change the ending angle to compensate for Garganos sudden injury.
St★rstruck
That's crazy. What short time window to make the change on the fly like that. Speaking of that, I wonder if McIntyre was supposed to lose to Almas?
Willows Way
That one im 100% sure was supposed to happen the way it did. Drew literally got injured in the ending spot theres no way they had time to change the finish so fast.

Was it the worst NXT TakeOver you've ever been to, though?
Guest
Not to say the show was bad, but yeah, I'd say it's the weakest one out of the 3 Brooklyn Takeovers I've been to and the Philly one. Though I really can't complain, my friend bought my ticket. He didn't wanna experience his first wrestling show alone and he seemed to have a fun time so that's more important to me. St★rstruck
Philadelphia, San Antonio, The End, and Brooklyn 2 are the worst Takeovers for me.
Guest
Yeah, I was gonna say Philly was the worst Takeover I've been to if it weren't for the last two matches saving the show for me personally. The preshow/following week's episode was fun too with TM61's return and Roddy/Bate.
St★rstruck
How was Dunne vs. Gibson? Without spoilers, of course.
Guest
Probably one of the better matches of the night imo and definitely blew their UK tourney match out of the water. Gibson had amazing heat and of course Dunne had the crowd at the palm of his hands. Shame they only recorded 2 matches for Wednesday though. I remember at the first Takeover Brooklyn, they taped 4 matches and the following week's episode was 90 mins long. I miss that. Soeaking of having the crowd at the palm of their hands, Bianca Belair was surprisingly very over. Especially considering who she was up against. St★rstruck
Yeah, I remember Bianca being pretty over in her last Takeover pre-show match against Dakota.
Creepia
At this point I have a hard time distinguishing one TakeOver from another. They are all just a melting pot of awesome.

St★rstruck
I didn't enjoy it that much personally.
Generations
That's part of why I never got around to watching it, tbh. I know that Gargano and Ciampa are both excellent performers...but I'm done with the feud. I want something new. I want both of those guys off NXT. I want Adam Cole to be champion or something. I began watching that match when I watched the rest of the show...and I just turned it off and said "I'll watch this later". It was mostly because I was too busy with other things to properly pay attention...but it was also partly due to me feeling "finished" with that feud. PaperThinWalls
I'm still into the feud. But this third match was definitely my least favorite of theirs. Too many repeated spots, too many callbacks. I wanted something more fresh. It's still worth checking out, nonetheless.
JGPLX.
This third match didn't feel special to me like the other two did. It felt more like a regular LMS match (albeit a very good one), and it didn't add much in terms of building upon the previous matches.
St★rstruck
What made the match sort of worse is that Gargano somewhat loss in the same manner he did in Chicago; filled up with too much rage and anger that ultimately led to him losing.
