Still, the bigger viewership on Fox would make Smackdown the most watched show. And would make every episode of Raw or Smackdown more profitable than a regular PPV, probably. The Raw deal is already done I think, thats why the Ronda/Nia angle was shot at the NBC event. I watch Gotham on Fox and its been brutal this season by network standards.
