I've seen a few YouTube wrestling names that have done these events before (TonyPizzaGuy, CMPulse and Steve from Going In Raw) all mention leaving for an event tomorrow. Im a Ciampa fan but, truth be told, i didnt even play with him that much in 2K18, so I can be patient about whenever he announces himself. The other 2 will obviously be in. Which that is dumb, Murphy has been one of the best parts of 205 Live, but makes sense after he revealed in an interview that WWE didn't want to use him on 205 initially. Thats a good point, personally i do believe Ciampa is DLC, as i said before they can make the case they needed the extra time to get him updated so they made him DLC. Which i hope is true, plus why would the game have a brand new powerbomb lungbower if Ciampa's not in the game? think about it people. However if he's not DLC or in the game at all, it'll suck but on the bright side we have a ton of amazing caw makers like Ryee that could probably make him and odds are will make a better looking version of him than 2K probably would have. Thats not playing coy or some brilliant tactic to gather fans...thats downright going "we dont care, you buy it either way". Explain to me the marketing tactic? Explain to me how this game is supposed to sell like this? I just dont understand how they can sit around and think this marketing can make the game a best selling success...this is impossible to archive like this. Yeah i didn't watch it before i linked it, but yeah after watching it theres really nothing of value said in it, nor do you learn anything you don't already know. Yeah its pathetic he wouldn't even answer a part about the Rumble match, like really buddy? You gonna lose ur job if you reveal if the camera cuts to whoever coming out in the Rumble match? Its pretty much pointless to interview these 2K dev's, they don't ever say anything you don't already know. And they refuse to answer any questions people really wanna know the answers to as if they'll be blindfolded and took out to the woods and shot to death if they reveal anything. I guess the only semi decent info we get is he says they've amped up the difficulty but i feel like they kinda say that every year and every year legend difficulty feels no different than easy. The bonus match will be against Roderick Strong or Miz in custom WM35 arena. 2K are no more inclined to give us new characters especially the new legends as it will cut lot work of their lazy arses. I get that they are met with a lot of toxic behaviour, especially in the 2k forum...but still, this doesnt come from nowhere. If 2k19 is just a roster update because they work on bringing the game to a new engine or completely rebuilding it ect, then im fine with just a roster update...offering it for a full price isnt cool then but i would understand it. But then at least be honest about it, come forward and tell us what the deal is. Instead they seem to hide the game more than ever before, they dont interact at all with the fans, there is no community manager to be seen, no statements...nothing. Instead they throw us proudly the tower mode, a mode not many wanted...and a showcase, the mode that they took out last year with the justification that this would help them make 2k18 better. They throw us the one million dollar challenge and those smartphone filters...but leave us completely cold about the game itself. But of course they make sure that we know every little detail about the overpriced Collectors Edition...thats fine. If wwe 2k19 is little more than a roster update because they work on something far bigger...fine. I'm all about positivity and still enjoy the games including 2K18 but for the past two weeks, my excitement suddenly vaporized. First game in the whole franchise that I probably won't get on day 1.
