If they figured out what the hell her gimmick/character is and stuck to it then she'd be fine. She's not untalented and her ring alone sets her apart from most of the other NXT women. Who are they doing right? Ember was fine up until she started going after the title, who is to say they wont start cocking up Kairi or Shayna or Peyton or Nikki Cross the same way? They tried to make her seem more human and emotional, and I understand their line of thinking, but the execution was brutal. Ended up coming off like a "woe is me" teenager rather than a grown woman. She has to win it now. If you look at Ember's career path you can see why it would never work. She should've just gotten called up after losing to Asuka for the second time. She proved that she couldn't beat the champ and had to wait till she left to become champion.
