St★rstruck Posted January 14, 2018 Report Share Posted January 14, 2018 The super catchy and mainstream songs are usually for 'Mania and SummerSlam it seems, lol - and it's sort of like the feel-good, party type of a music instead of anything rock/metal that would actually suit a pro-wrestling show. I think it's because WrestleMania has grown in to more of an "extravaganza" these days. It's less of a sports/wrestling event and more of an entertainment festival or some shit, hence the reason for shitty artist like Flo Rida seemingly being their go-to guy. Really brings me back to the good ol days when WWE used dope bands and songs for their ppvs. Asking Alexandria does not suit what you just typed. Also, it's well past time for the AoP to debut on the main roster. I don't know why they're still around on NXT. Lars vs Dain is going to be my match of the night, probably. I hate the idea of her getting preferential treatment just for being Rousey's friend. St★rstruck Posted January 20, 2018 Report Share Posted January 20, 2018 I would prefer if Shayna notched a few notable wins under her belt before going after the title, but what Shayna is doing right now is almost reminiscent of what KO did when he debuted. Both Shayna and KO did and said things to provoke and rile up the Champion, but the only difference is that KO did so directly as opposed to simply "sending messages" and stuff. Most people probably have an issue with it considering Shayna's lack of experience and the fact that she's buddies w/ Ronda. In that case, I would understand the complaints. She went to the finals of the MYC, half the NXT women's roster was there and failed, Ember is the one who asked for the match. The story was already there for the feud. Shayna has only choked out Kairi & broke Dakotas arm. Sorry thats not good enough for me i couldnt care less how "legit" she is. Shes prob gunna end up winning too since her vs Kairi could already be a plan. Idk maybe in the match she will impress but im def not a fan of this.
