Nothing to say really. Just thought it would be news worthy.

Oh god, the dude spent nearly all his life institutionalized even before his notorious crimes. So I'd say he suffered plenty enough as it is.

So what about all the people and their families whom he caused suffering? Blood for blood and he still had plenty of blood to repent for.

His own shitty childhood, adolescence and young adulthood do not excuse him for all the lives he ruined. Hitler suffered during the First World War also, but do you excuse him for executing 6 million Jewish people? Charles Manson was a monster who caused nothing, but controversy and terror and nothing excuses that.

It's not like he was Hitler, he wasn't even present for any of the murders he was convicted of. He was a nutter no doubt, I just keep the level of hatred all you guys seem to have for him reserved for like, I dunno child killers or idiots that spray bullets at random people. Charlie is at least a little more sympathetic case for me, he was the product of a shitty upbringing, childhood spent in institutions and too many drugs. He didn't even want to be released from prison back in the sixties before the murders, because he had no idea what it meant to live like normal person having been behind bars his whole life.
