XtremeTony Posted November 20, 2017 Report Share Posted November 20, 2017 With most of my time being turned to running Xtreme Global Wrestling League (XGWL) & West Coast Developmental League (WCDL), it's been a long time since I've posted here with my showcase of CAWs that I 1st posted WAY back in 2006. 1 year later, I launched XGWL with so many great memories, and in 2010, WCDL was launched as a way to develop some of the younger talent. In December 2015, A weekly Livestream was started with many of those shows being canon to what's going on in XGWL called XGWL Live in which is like a televised house show. Anyways, here is who I've created so far... XGWL Roster XtremeTony Height: 5'11" Weight: 245 lbs From: San Diego, CA Style: Technical/Showman Finishers: Sharpshooter, Padre Popper (Reverse Fireman's carry slam aka Burning Hammer) Signature Moves: Lightning Bolt (Hammerlock Lariat aka Pepse Twist), Top Rope Frankensteiner CAW Debut: 2006 A former 9-time CAW World Champion and at 34 years of age, XtremeTony has alot left in the tank. After battling personal issues and became a part-timer from 2013-2015 due to his rivalry with Michael Heinman and his breakup with then long-time girlfriend: Tammy, XtremeTony came back better than before starting last year having 1 of the hottest rivalries against JC Wolfe in CCL. Chad Miller Height: 6'9" Weight: 338 lbs From: Kansas City, MO Style: Brawler/Powerhouse Finisher: The Block (Swinging Sidewalk Slam) CAW Debut: 2007 At the age of 40, Chad Miller is the elder statesman in XGWL. Having won the XGWL Pro Championship and 1 Tag Team title run in his tenure in XGWL. After his long-time tag team partner: Mike Mexico was fired from XGWL, Chad Miller is looking to make a name for himself in singles competition. Brandon Thomas Height: 5'11" Weight: 188 lbs Style: Showman/High Flyer From: Atlanta, GA XGWL Debut: 2007 Finishing Moves: Hotlanta Drop (Playmaker/O-Zone), 404 Drop (Red Arrow) At only 31 years of age, Brandon Thomas has made big improvements since his debut 10 years ago. During the launch of WCDL, Thomas worked in developmental for a bit to improve his skills, and returning to the main roster after a short stint. Having won the XGWL Pure Championship, many championships outside of XGWL, He has proven that you must take serious. His improved skills got him to win the Crucero tounament in which the resurrected XGWL Crucero championship earlier this year. Alejandro Ayson Height: 5'11" Weight: 215 lbs Style: Technical/Striker From: Manila, Philippines Debut: 2010 Finishers: A Square (Regal Cutter), Manila Stretch (Regal Stretch) Signature Move: Shinning Wizard A 3rd Round draft pick of the 2010 CAW Draft, Alex Ayson started in the newly created WCDL, and moving to the main roster a year after debuting. His skills have improved since moving to the main roster having won the XGWL Pure championship earlier this year. Jade Kim Height: 5'4" Weight: 120 lbs Style: High Flyer/Athletic From: San Diego, CA (billed from Seoul, South Korea) Debut: 2007 Finisher: Codebreaker Starting as a valet in the early years of XGWL, Jade Kim went back and forth between singles and tag team competition, and has proven she can do both having won the XGWL Women's World Championship twice in the past in both 2010 & 2011, and winning the XGWL Women's Tag Team championshipss with tag team parter: Nikki Conrejo in late 2011, and have never looked back having a 6-year long title reign. Her style has made her a fan favorite with her high flying ability. Tammy Height: 6'2" Weight: 150 lbs Style: Dirty/Athletic From: San Diego, CA Debut: 2006 Finisher Moves: Butterfly Kick (Scissors Kick), Muta Lock Signature Moves: California Split, Twerksault (Standing Moonsault w/ theatrics) Starting off as XtremeTony's valet, Tammy started to be the eye candy when XtremeTony wrestled against his opponents. Tammy was able to gain some experience in CAW Leagues before the launch of XGWL in both WWA & US-FWA in 2007. Most of Tammy's sucess came in the early years having won the XGWL Women's championship 4-times from 2007 to early 2008. Just turning 34 years of age, her skills have been on the decline, and is not the competitor she once was ever since turning on XtremeTony, and fending for herself. Now being 1 of the most hated women on the roster, Tammy is looking to regain her skills to prove she has another championship run. WCDL Roster Lisa Vasquez Height: 5'7" Weight: 140 lbs Style: Technical/Athletic From: Miama, FL Debut: 2012 Finisher move: STF Singature Move: Cuban Connection (Vertical Sunplex into a Back Suplex combo) This Cuban hottie has improved her skills since being part of WCDL, and was able to win the WCDL Women's Champion. Lisa experimented with numerous finisher until finally being satisfied with the STF as a finishing move. With her skills getting better since winning the Women's Championship, Lisa Vasquez looks like she is ready be called up to the main roster. So that's what I have so far. Tara Toxic Height: 5'5" Weight: 132 lbs Style: High Flyer/Striker From: London, England Debut: 2010 Finisher: Toxic Tap Out, Toxic Drop (Craddle DDT) Being a fan on British Punk Rock, her in-ring attire reflects her fandom. Tara has become a fan favorite with her high flying ability. Starting a rivalry with the current WCDL Women's champion, Tara is definitely building some momentum garner talks about being moved up to the main roster in the future. Anyways, here are more of the roster... Retro CAW: Tammy 2007 In her prime, Tammy was pretty good. Athletic, enthusiastic, proud, and beloved by the crowd. In her early days, she's has good matches against Alexis Vixen, Miss Penny Dreadful, Nikki Cornejo & Sheena Marie. In 2010, Tammy was part of a stable named: Divalicious in the CAW Champions League (CCL) early in her heel run teaming up with now CCL GM: Dallas & Miley Cyrus. WCDL Wrestler: Jacob Gutierrez Height: 5'10" Weight: 200 lbs From: Phoenix, AZ Style: High Flyer/Showman Finisher: AZ Kick (Springboard Roundhouse Kick) CAW Debut: 2016 Just turned 20, Jacob Gutierrez is crafting his skills in WCDL. Showing an impressive outing in the XGWL Crucero Tournament earlier this year, he will improve his skills until he gets called up to the main roster. Growing up, he watch guys like Team 619, Dragon Boy & Sherman Samson and stating that they were his favorite wrestlers in his youth. XGWL Wrestler: Gia Antonelli Originally created by: LuckySeven Height: 5'9" Weight: 162 lbs From: Hollywood, CA Style: Powerhouse Finisher: Sit-Out Powerbomb Having a respectable run since debuting in late 2007, Gia Antonelli is a former XGWL Women's Champion & 1/2 of the Women's Tag Team champions. She's had classic matches against the likes of Diana Diamond, Sarah Warfield, Jade Kim & Crymson as well as being in a good tag team with Alexis Vixen being like the female version of the Hart Foundation. XtremeTony Posted December 11, 2017 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 Retro CAW: XtremeTony (from 2007-2009) The once unknown talent who came in to the ring with alotta style when he debuted in WWA in December of 2006, and winning the WWA World Championship in January of 2007 over Aaron Beilert at the age of 23. That same month, he debuted in TWF made an impact in both shows. In March of that year WWA was closed down all of a sudden, and XtremeTony was released from TWF. The next month, XT found work as a commentator in US-FWA until they closed down 2 months later. In July of 2007, XtremeTony launched XGWL and later winning the XGWL Ultimate World championship a month later, and a few days before his 24th birthday. WCDL Wrestler: Ryan Justice Height: 6'8" Weight: 275 lbs From" Cedar Rapids, Iowa Style: Brawler Finisher: Midwest Slam (Alabama Slam) CAW Debut: April 2017 At just 21 years of age, Ryan Justice won the WCDL Championship a few months ago, and had a few successful title defenses. His size sets him apart from the rest of the WCDL roster since the majority of the WCDL roster is made up of Technical & Lucha Libre types. Although he is still green, Ryan has alot of raw talent that needs to be polished before he's ready to be called up to the main roster. WCDL Wrestler: Blue Star Height: 5'8" Weight: 178 lbs From: Guadalajara, Mexico Style: Lucha Libre Finisher: Moonstomp CAW Debut: May 2017 Having a short stint in a local Lucha Libre promotion down in Mexico, Blue Star has shown flashes of brilliance with his flashy moves. Since debuting, he's garnered a following. XGWL Wrestler: Trey Steele Height: 6'3" Weight: 268 lbs From: Minneapolis, MN Style: Power/Technical Finisher: Rings of Saturn, 1000 Lake Plunge (Swinging Sit-out facebuster) CAW Debut: 2010 Ever since being drafted #2 Overall in the 2010 CAW Draft, Trey Steele has been making an impact in XGWL. He's had a good lengthy 5-year run as 1/2 of the XGWL Tag Team champions along with Apollo. His biggest rivalry in singes competition has been with the #1 Overall pick of the 2010 CAW Draft: Rick Acid. Now in the prime of his career, he's looking to make a bigger impact in the Destiny Championship Alliance (DCA). XGWL Wrestler: Ruby Carter Height: 5'11" Weight: 137 lbs From: Phoenix, AZ Style: Striker Finisher: Double Arm DDT CAW Debut: 2007 Starting out when the Women's division was not as deep as it is in the current era, Ruby was more eye candy than a wrestler in those early days. WDCL Wrestler: Kira Lee Height: 5'10" Weight: 144 lbs From: San Diego, CA CAW Debut: 2012 Half Jamacan & half Korean, Kira Lee is looking to build her skills.
