Accelerator Issue

my cousin shared his PSN account to me so that I can download his Accelerator from his downloads storage. I'm able to download it but I cant install it to my game because it said "cannot find the application, do you want to look in PS Store? and so I did. on my PS Store it said it was installed, but then when I look back to the download lists, it said its still waiting to be installed.

 

i checked through the game too with his account. it said the content its not available at this time.

 

is there anyone experiencing this stuff? what should i do now?

i had an issue on day one where it said it was installed but the option to push square to unlock everything wasn't there. i tried restarting the game a couple of times but it still didn't work. i had to power down the console and then restart the game for it to finally appear.
